The Solution: Host a surprise-and-delight campaign for real people effected by online culprits.
DAN AND EIAN
The Dougherty twins, Dan and Eian, grew up as lifelong, die-hard football fans. So, when the stars aligned to see a game for their birthday, Eian surprised Dan with tickets. But unfortunately, the tickets Eian bought were fake. Because they didn’t want any other fans to have this same experience, they flew to LA to share their story with Ticketmaster about the importance of buying tickets safely…or so they thought! JUSTIN
Justin had never been to a live NFL game. So he bought some tickets, but not from an official source like Ticketmaster or the NFL Ticket Exchange. When he got to the stadium gates he learned that hard lesson. Justin didn’t want other fans to have the same experience he and his date had.
